Convention Report for Anime Oasis 2007
written by Pikmin Link

Anime Oasis is a small convention located in Boise Idaho. But don't let the size fool you. This has got to be one of the most enjoyable small conventions out there.

Jeremy, the owner of the convention, has so much energy, and also has fun during the convention, which also makes it very enjoyable every year.
We returned for our 3rd year at Anime Oasis, and we never get tired of it. The convention makes for a great  weekend.
We had our photos booth set up in a room this year, and it was the best location we had so far. It was very popular with the cosplay attendees.

There was a larger dealers room this year, which made it a lot more easier to look around. The game room was nicely spaced out making it fun to play games.

Battle cosplay was huge as always, but this time there was a limit to the number of groups. It was still a great event.

The one thing that had me wondering, where were all the attendees? They sold out with tickets, but the con felt a little empty. But it was full when main events such as the Cosplay, and Battle Cosplay was on. The other times the rooms weren't as packed as they used to be.

Last but not least, The Fire Alarms did NOT go off this year!!!! XD fun times.

Overall I have nothing bad to say about AO, it was all really great and I am really looking forward to going back next year. It may be a far from home con, but it most certainly feels like a home con. The attendees and staff are very nice and there is always something to do.

Next year Anime Oasis will be 4 days!! Cant wait!
